I've managed all phases of construction projects from pre-bid estimates to final close-out driving productivity, positive working capital, and increased revenue margins. I've gained an abundance of knowledge in the implementation of cost-cutting strategies and mitigation tactics to close projects with poor working capital. With little paperwork to track current project status, I've learned to "re-create" project close-out strategies and expedite project schedules to repair damaged customer relationships.

I collaborated with the project manager to re-arrange the day-to-day schedule in order to complete tasks in a more timely manner and minimize conflict between our company and the work of the subcontractors since we were working simultaneously.
