Currently hold a position as Senior Project Manager with Eccotrol.Formerly a Project Manager position for Ecosave, managing a portfolio of 35 building automation projects (new construction and renovation work) and energy conservation projects ranging from 10k-1million. Responsible for all management duties from post-bid to project closure. My monthly operating system consists of estimating, forecasting, deviation reporting, contractual disputes, delay claims management, scheduling, people management, subcontract management, parts ordering, coordination with engineering department, billing, project delivery/execution, progress meetings, and customer coorespondance.Formerly a BAS Project Manager for ModernControls managing project from 25k-7million. Responsible for managing project from bid to substantial completion controlling cash flow and driving project schedules. Formerly employed as a Project Manager CPS for Honeywell Building Solutions in Baltimore, MD. I've undertaken a large portfolio building automation projects ranging from $15k to $9.15million. I've managed all phases of construction projects from pre-bid estimates to final close-out driving productivity, positive working capital, and increased revenue margins. I've gained an abundance of knowledge in the implementation of cost-cutting strategies and mitigation tactics to close projects with poor working capital. With little paperwork to track current project status, I've learned to "re-create" project close-out strategies and expedite project schedules to repair damaged customer relationships.
