Actively supported the continual development of Sportsengine’s flagship iOS app use by parents, athletes, and coaches to manage their engagements. Built new features using RxSwift and MVVM methodologies. Participated in planning and design meetings. Other duties included a short stint developing a Ruby on Rails application as part of the Member Management group. Before this role, I was responsible for supporting the .NET Tourney Machine application used for tournament and league management.

Currently run a weekly program called Step Up which is designed to help fellow team members "fail" into opportunity. The program is an organic approach to the challenge of raising employee engagement and fulfillment. The design borrows many tenants from Toastmasters in which presentations are given by employees to help share their area of specialty with others to broaden insight and provide a roadmap for opportunities to advance.
