• Chief of Fires and Targeting Operations for the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan led the Dynamic Targeting Cell reducing 42 High Value Targets with zero collateral damage to comply with President Karzi’s strategic guidance for combat operations.• Co-authored fires portion of ISAF tactical directive setting policy for fires/target engagement for the 100,000 man ISAF/Operation Enduring Freedom force deployed throughout Afghanistan.• Editor and scribe for the NATO Operational Plan for ISAF in Afghanistan developing U.S. NATO Alliance, and allied military strategy, campaign continuity, and policy for this multi-national entity.

While assigned to the Armor and Fire Support Systems Program Directorate, Marine CorpsSystems Command, led and managed teams at multiple locations across the U.S. responsible for Service level logistics functions supporting a major weapon system including development of depot repair maintenance cycle budget and schedule, system configuration management, training package development and fielding, failure fault isolation, root cause analysis, and solution proposal development and implementation.• Programmatic oversight of over 400 systems, each valued at more than $1.5M.• Identified through Live Fire Test and Evaluation efforts future explosives, fusing and ammunition procurement items of nearly $2 billion over the Future Year Defense Program.
