In my Principal Consultant role, I design and facilitate (groups of 5 to 95+) virtual and in-person certification, career, and learning and development programs on the MBTI®, CPI 260, Strong Interest Inventory®, and FIRO® assessments. Over my 36 year career at The Myers-Briggs Company, I have served as the Divisional Director of worldwide Sales and Marketing initiatives, Director of Business Development, and Senior Brand Manager for products including the Strong Interest Inventory®, CPI™, and FIRO-B® assessments, as well as our online delivery platform. I have presented at the MBTI® Users Conference, the International Association of Career Management Professionals Global Conference, the National Career Development Association Conference, and the International Career Development Conference. I have facilitated workshops on the MBTI®, FIRO-B®, and Strong® assessments in the U.S., China, Russia, India, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, Norway, the Bahamas and the United Arab Emirates. I am a past chair of the I/O Division for the Association of Test Publishers. I've appeared on Talk Radio, Hush Loudly, Autoline, the Jill Tracey Show, Dubai City 7 TV, Retirement TV’s What’s Next, and the Wall Street Journal podcast to discuss assessment issues in career management, training and development.
