Three to four times a year, our top 14 suppliers come together for a Supplier Council Committee which I developed.Since 1986, as one of the 11 senior managers, I have been instrumental in the growth and profitability of InPro. Back then, we had only 15 employees and relied upon other manufacturers. Now I take great pride in having nearly 700 employees and being a manufacturer of all major product lines.We’ve successfully grown Inpro with 30 straight years of growth in margin and profit and I’m looking to help other companies and boards succeed too.I am a confident, self-assured problem solver capable of taking risky actions and accepting responsibility for the outcome.
