As the Renovo Quality Assurance Intern, I worked with the clinical engineering group. One major role included assisting with audits of client's biomed departments and preparation for Joint Commission visits. Other responsibilities included performing a company wide test equipment audit and research on medical equipment used to make recommendations to clients. Some major achievements were when my research was used by a biomed manager to make a recommendation to hospital executives and giving a presentation to the COO to help the company decide on a test equipment vendor.
