After graduated from Bina Nusantara University, I got an opportunity to work at the same place as a programmer. One and a half years as a programmer give me chances to improve my logical and technical skills. Continuing my career after being promoted as System Analyst and then as Senior System Analyst, I got to learn many things such as problem solving, business processes, understanding user characteristics, negotiating, etc. After about 2 years working as Senior System Analyst, I was blessed for being promoted as Head of Software Solutions. This was a big opportunity for me to improve my leadership by manages about 10 members with different roles.About 3 years being Section Head, I was given a bigger challenge to take a position as Software Solutions Manager. I see the promotion as a challenge to contribute more to my company and to improve my skills in managing resources, projects, and maintain good relations with clients with bigger point of views. There must always be a next step in our lives. My next goal is to continue my career in project management at a bigger company.
