My digital journey over the past 18 years has been guided by a passion for solving my clients' most complex problems with innovative approaches to technology in a highly regulated sector. My leadership has guided a portfolio of products and their related teams to successfully deliver solutions in the areas of DevOps, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science.As the Head of Software Engineering for the Mission IT contract, an IT Strategist in the Defense & Intelligence Markets, I have the pleasure of guiding a broad range of world-class technologists that includes Big Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, System Integrators, Site Reliability Engineers, and Cybersecurity technologists. Beyond my technical role, I direct and participate in activities related to over a billion dollars in business development each year across the federal space. I have helped our clients accelerate digital transformations and build scalable mission-relevant capabilities that save lives and help keep our country safe. Instead of just doing Waterfall fast, I have guided my federal clients and team in truly unlocking the potential of being Agile within the Department of Defense through the creation of a multi-network air-gapped DevOps path to production. While I am a technologist at heart, I have found joy in being part of this sweeping transformative change impacting responsiveness to mission, disrupting the legacy approach to information assurance, and radically changing IT governance.Each challenge has left me better and more equipped for the next which is why I eagerly anticipate every day.
