I have worked inside a major utility, a government organization, an engineering firm, and software companies as a customer and provider, bringing an enterprise approach to engineering processes and software innovation. My unique background, education, and experience enables me to understand the complex business needs of an organization and how a streamlined comprehensive implementation can meet those needs and be built upon in the future. Having lead successful implementations at major utilities as an employee and as a consultant, I understand how to justify, setup, lead, and execute software implementation to an organization such that they achieve ROI and a baseline for future innovation.
