General Counsel for an electricity and gas start up business within the PandaGreen group which is one of Ireland’s low-cost green electricity providers. Launched in 2015, Panda Power sells green electricity which is generated from renewable resources and it is about to enter the gas supply market.• Drafted and reviewed software licensing agreements, software development agreements and developed app for consumers. Reviewed grid connection agreements, CER licences, power purchasing agreements and advised on CER regulatory issues.• Involved in the start-up of an electricity retail business from obtaining the licence from the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) to drafting the nine codes of practice and consumer terms and conditions to allow the sale of electricity. Within 12 months this was a standalone business generating profits of 3-4 million.
