Started career in the areas of manufacturing & electronics technology as technician. Found that my strengths gravitated toward people, not machines, so I pursued training and management roles. Started my first business producing multimedia training and technical documentation for the semi-conductor test equipment industry. Early millennium economic changes encouraged me to shift my business focus to the social network platform where event production capabilities began to culminate. Small business mixers evolved into industry trade shows. Finding that promotions and advertising activity offered a positive level of satisfaction and a maximum circle of human relations, I now analyze business penetration and manage advertising programs for Bay Area business owners. AS BUSINESS OWNER25 YEARS LATER - Finally building the OJT Dream for America. OJT.com opened it's doors in 1994 in Silicon Valley as Online Job Training LLC. We employed over 150 media professionals and built over 1000 multimedia training and documentation solutions for companies such as Intel, Apple Computer, KLA-Tencor, and Lam Research to name a few. The pause of American business leadership hit many small businesses and talented contractors hard, forcing OJT.com to go into hibernation for over 10 years. Changing of the guard in 2016 touting a laser focus on America's interest and world leadership, set the stage for a new OJT.com and a new mission. Building US infrastructure, filling the critical job skills gap, and building a bridge for career seekers to OJT opportunities all over America is what we do.
