Oversight of a flow cytometry core facility operating a FACS-Aria cell sorter, an LSR-II analyzer, and a Luminex-200 for a large group of users, whom I assisted with data analyses and with design of experimental protocols. Concomitantly, I was involved in clinical trials examining the effects of therapeutic drugs on a wide range of immunological parameters using 12-color flow cytometric immunophenotyping and Luminex, and was involved in research evaluating immune modulation strategies for cancer therapy.
