I am releasing my personal coaching and corporate training business, MAXimum Authenticated Solutions into the marketplace. MAX is tailored to both individual coaching and also small corporate environments. I focus on personal development and structured training for individuals and businesses searching for solutions in today's ever changing management environment. I deal mostly with leadership training, MBWA concepts, conflict resolution, teamwork, and the changes and generational differences in today's workplace. Also available with MAX is my ENCORE Performance evaluations for restaurants. My Encore Performance evaluations evaluate the Customer service skills in a restaurant setting from the valet to the check. Choose to train your servers correctly with ENCORE Performance training too. I teach Customer service skills to your servers before poor Customer service becomes an issue. I just finished a short stint with the Lancaster Court of Common Pleas for Lancaster County. It has been an interesting experience, but it's time to move forward and pursue my business, MAX, without any limitations.

Marketing and membership

Although I work for the USPS on a national level, in my mind I manage a small business that employs 7 individuals. My goal, as Postmaster, is to promote team qualities in the office as we provide exceptional customer service and proficient mail delivery for the customers in Mountville. I currently manage 2 Sales Associates and 5 Letter Carriers at the Mountville Post Office. We generate $850,000.00 in retail sales on a yearly basis while delivering mail to approximately 3500 residents in the Boro of Mountville. My role as Postmaster/Team Leader provides an opportunity for me to deal with everything from A to Z in terms of management. I handle union issues, staffing and scheduling, personnel issues, retail generation and operations, mail distribution, and customer service issues - just to name a few of my responsibilities. I have also had the pleasure to teach classes such as, Sexual Harassment, Sales Skills, and Revenue Generation, for my District office. .

I worked in this capacity for the Lancaster Post Office in Lancaster PA. In this position I was directly responsible for the management of the Lancaster Carrier Annex (240 craft employees). However, my major responsibilities were to provide support for the 7 supervisory employees in this facility. I was responsible for the Postmaster's business schedule , as well as, the scheduling for the 240 craft employees. I answered the Step 2 grievances for the office while dealing with the 3 Unions that represented the carriers, clerks, and mailhandlers. My main responsibilities involved handling the customer service issues that are created when dealing with the large number of customers that we serviced on a daily basis.

The National LEAGUE of Postmasters in a management represetation organization which protects the interests of Postmasters and Managers at the national level of the postal organization. In this capacity, I dealt with budgeting, mediations, pay negotiations, and a high level of intricate communications that affected the working lives of approximately 26,000 Postmaster and Managers. Both Vice President positions were elected positions for a period of 2 years each.

CjS Reproductions was a sculpture reproduction business. It was created following the death of Cliff Sheely, Master Sculptor. Since my family worked in the business, I decided to continue Cliff's dream by doing reproductions of his creations. I had major contracts with Penn State University, The Limited Stores, and Godiva Chocolates, As well, I had minor contracts with Collegiate Licensing. This venture was a true learning experience!
