This was a new HQ position responsible for integrating various regional Procurement Operations teams and multiple roles into a single, unified Operations organization. This effort was part of a larger initiative to establish a HQ level Procurement organization where none existed before. Requirements included planning, integrating, aligning and driving holistic multi-year strategies in startup like conditions. Additionally, rationalizing disparate processes across the enterprise into unified operational practices was completed.Finding and deploying Procurement, Sourcing, and Payables tools and systems was accomplished and deployed across the 32 countries and in two languages.Areas of accomplishment include process assessment and improvement, talent assessment and rationalization, software tools selection and enablement for partner organizations such as Finance, Retail, Legal, B2B, Consumer, Wholesale, and HR. Managed various upgrades of SAP and PeopleSoft. Additionally, merged the operations, personnel and systems from the acquired Columbus family of companies into the CWC operation.

Performed periodic business reviews, client satisfaction surveys, opportunity assessments, quality assurance, renewal efforts and upsell campaigns.Business Development activities involved proposal development, RFP response, Pre and Post Sales support through product demonstrations, subject matter expertise, and consulting.Led a team of Engagement Managers and Consultants that conducted implementation services. Performed engagement design, managed project P&L, resource allocation, client budget, and delivery performance metrics.Designed a complete Sourcing Services offering. This new product line included new sources of revenue to be delivered by our Sourcing Services organization. The comprehensive offering included a business plan, revenue model, product and sales collateral, pricing, client engagement strategies, and staffing models.

Developed and led adoption services programs, procurement organizational designs, and change management efforts at the C-Suite Level. Led complex consulting engagements for various clients in industries such as Telecom, Food, Healthcare and Oil & Gas. Designed and configured Spend Analysis strategies for large enterprises exceeding $5 Billion a year in annual spend. Managed large cross functional teams across various delivery functions within Bravo for the implementation of the full suite of modules, including Spend Analysis, Negotiation Management, Program Management, Contract Management, and Supplier Performance Management. Performed on-site domestic and international client deliveries and maintained client relationships in the U.K., Brasil, Peru, Mexico and Canada.

Ensured project and relationship success for both client and BravoSolution.
