I have been working as a ServiceNow consultant since 2018. Prior to consulting, I had been working on ServiceNow implementations, integrations and customizations since the Geneva release. I have experience in many modules but have been focused on Discovery and pattern development. I have experience with modules including Incident, Problem, Request, Knowledge, Procurement, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, Contract, HR Case, HR Portal, Facilities Management, Surveys and many more. I've completed integrations to products such as OneLogin, Active Directory, LanDesk, CampusVue, SQL, PagerDuty, flat files and more. I’ve worked as an IT Manager and Team Lead but primarily focused on Networking, Security, Application and Web Development, Server Product Support, 3rd Party Software Support, Hardware, and multiple Programming Languages. I have a very well rounded skill set and excellent troubleshooting skills and I am confident that I can solve any problem presented to me.I have experience with Quality Systems, Processes Control, and Internal Auditing. I’ve served as on-site customer service representative to Ford Motor Company in Belgium on two occasions.I enjoy working with Mathematics and Computers. My hobbies include gardening and plant identification.
