As a people and project manager I focus on the following:• Climate change risk assessment and adaptation planning with a focus on public sector, Indigenous and northern contexts.• Climate change strategy development and implementation.• Clean technology policy design and implementation.• Capital project delivery for renewable energy developments.• Multi party facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

Areas of focus:• Lead 10+ HAZOP risk assessments for vaccine manufacturing processes to identify biological spills risks and develop risk treatment actions• Developed strategic management tools for CO2 and water performance to track progress towards environmental objectives and integrate CO2 and water targets into operational and capital planning• Lead a cross disciplinary Green Team to drive sustainability programs and change management on site

Areas of focus: • Air quality: estimating and reporting on GHGs and air pollutants from industrial facilities (e.g. steel, food, chemical etc), designing air pollution control equipment and industrial ventilation systems, assisting clients to understand and develop plans to ensure compliance with environmental permits• Water: characterizing wastewater risks through sampling programs and desktop reviews and designing wastewater treatment systems for industrial facilities• Site remediation: characterizing contaminated sites through environmental site assessments and field sampling activities

Areas of focus:• Comprehensive characterization and risk assessment of wastewater discharges associated with production and R&D operations• Monitoring and reporting corporate environmental indicators and including GHG emissions, water use, waste diversion rates etc.• Operational management of environmental compliance on site• Delivering environment and safety related training to 400+ employees
