Mike is a true call center veteran, making the call center his home away from home for the last 30 years. As Site Director for Inktel’s Miami Lakes location, Mike was focused on leading and developing Inktel’s management staff, as well as ensuring his site exceeded all internal and client goals. In a short period of time, Mike made his mark, winning several Inktel Strive awards and being recognized specifically for his leadership skills and dedication to his staff.Before joining Inktel, Mike spent 23 years with Convergys, starting out as a Supervisor and working his way through the ranks to become one of Convergys’ elite Site Directors. “I believe a strong call center culture is focused on developing everyone in the building personally and professionally. Creating synergies among team members and having a deep bench is critical to long term success” Mike is very much a family man and loves to spend as much time as possible with his wife and seventeen-year-old twins. He is an avid music fan and enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing sports.
