With around 10 years of experience in the salary packaging and novated leasing industry, I have a vast knowledge base across operations, sales and project management. I am an experienced relationship and transformation manager, with a focus on integrating systems, processes and training that support business growth and client satisfaction.I am passionate about applying my experience in customer service to implement systems that support clients. I communicate complex data to executive management and stakeholders and translate it into effective and efficient business solutions. I develop strong, trusting and beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to manage the communication of information and inspire collaboration.My experience includes data analysis and formatting, leading the transition of salary packaging services for new employer clients and creation of calculators for varying business purposes. In addition I was heavily involved in the implementation of the ASPIA (Australian Salary Packaging Industry Association) training program and hold a Practitioner certificate in PRINCE2 Project Management.
