Studies and Exercise Program Analyst for the Strategic Trends Research Initiative (STRI) for the Strategic Trends Division. Manages STRI's sponsored research studies and tabletop exercises (TTXs) portfolio which supports the development of insights and recommendations that are of direct relevance to the Agency and the warfighter. Supervised students through rigorous classroom and field training exercises; responsible for application and instruction of contemporary US Army doctrine and incorporation of modern tactics. • Executed, planned and integrated all Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical tasks including smoke, reconnaissance, and decontamination for 22 military exercises to enhance security, restore facilities and infrastructure, and expedited nation rebuilding• Coached, instructed, and trained unit leaders and individuals in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) protection and survivability

• Served as Operations Manager for a separate NBC group; consisting of a company headquarters, 2 NBC reconnaissance teams, 1 light decontamination team, a maintenance section and a staff section in support of the regimental headquarters. Planned and executed NBC reconnaissance and decontamination support to the organization.
