Membership Coordinator is responsible for management and administration of SEARCH’s relationships with members. The Membership Coordinator manages the organization's service operations to expand membership, deliver member satisfaction, and achieve strategic goals. Implements programs and initiatives to engage current members and recruit new ones. The Membership Coordinator follows service operational standards and policies to deliver efficient services to members. Utilizes web or social media processes to promote the organization and distribute membership information to prospective members. Additionally, the Membership Coordinator maintains a database or system using data collection processes, tools, and analysis to measure and report on member satisfaction and retention. SEARCH is a small organization, and the Membership Coordinator will be required to lead and participate in projects and programs that benefit the membership and other criminal justice agencies. This includes serving as a consultant and/or project manager on technical assistance engagements and service contracts, conducting research and developing reports on behalf of members and other clients, and participating in the development of proposals, statements of work, and contracts. These activities will be done in coordination with the Executive Director and Program Directors.

I am an Information Sharing Specialist - Project Manager for SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, where I help justice and public safety agencies nationwide to improve their use of technology and information sharing in mission-critical projects and initiatives. I assist in all facets of information sharing capability development and communications interoperability, including strategic planning, architecture development, business process modeling and analysis, service specification development, and performance management. I also contribute to publications on key issues and participate in efforts to develop and adopt national information sharing and interoperability standards.I have nearly 30 years of information sharing, networking, database programming, user support, administration, and project management experience, with expertise in strategic planning, project management, technology assessments, business process modeling, XML, and service-oriented architecture

Montana Interactive is the eGovernment services provider for the State of Montana and has been since 2001. We offer and support hundreds of eGovernment solutions in partnership with state, county and city entities that benefit the citizens and businesses of Montana and beyond. Montana Interactive provides services at no cost to our government partners through a unique funding model known as the Self-Funded Model.I manage the relationships and projects with Montana partners. I work with our partners to understand their needs, visions and goals. I am well versed in the services delivered to the partners and work with the partners to ensure that MI solves their problems. I proactively work with project teams to provide ideas and insights to improve the partners' issues and challenges. I follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the services provided to the partners.

Provides assistance on integrated justice systems project planning and implementation. Provides project management, training, technical assistance, and research on automated systems development, automation planning, and justice information sharing to state, local, and tribal jurisdictions nationwide.

My duties included managing section supervisors, participating in long-range planning to coordinate development projects, and leading development efforts. I evaluated and specified methods and procedures for application development, worked with integration issues, lead and directed technical professionals and oversaw training of the technical professionals as well as the oversight and coordination of technology projects for the Montana justice community.

I was responsible for the management of the Application Services Bureau (ASB) that includes Web Developers, Programmer Analysts, Systems Analysts and Database Administrators. ASB provides assistance to the department in the planning, development and maintenance of the automated information systems. I teamed with the other IT Bureau Chiefs and the Administrator to provide strong leadership through visioning, planning, communication and innovation.
