-Assist maintenance of current licensure and accreditation with multiple state, regional, and national agencies-Maintain awareness of current regulatory landscape -Assist in development of system-wide policies created to enhance compliance with governmental and private regulations-Contribute to a culture of regulatory compliance and Galen's status as a model for private sector educational leadership

In addition to duties outlined in position immediately following:-Assist Dr. Ann Allen by moderating components of the Department of History's online pilot course, History 102 "World Civilizations"-Create and administer weekly quizzes taken by History 102 students-Create and administer course exams-Provide writing assistance and grade periodic writing assignments and semester papers-Provide office hours specifically made available for students of History 102

-Manage income account deposits-Provide monthly income reports for FHS Board-Reconcile income discrepancies -Resolve transactional issues -Maintain accurate financial records

Offer brief lectures, recorded and distributed over the Internet, on various topics of Britishhistory-Provide a platform upon which various sponsors advertise to a target audience-Interact with listeners by taking suggestions and answering questions

-Provide help center office hours for undergraduate students-Analyze undergraduate writing on a case-by-case basis in order to improve writing ability andtrain students to "think like a historian" and convey this mental technique into clear, concisewriting-Assist undergraduate students with study tips and techniques in order to improve testing abilityand confidence-Provide general historical background or detailed clarification on a student-to-student basis,creating a dynamic that is often more comfortable and relaxing for students than approachingfaculty-Facilitate discussion sections in place of second-year graduate students when necessary-Provide an academically and ethically honest testing atmosphere by proctoring exams forfaculty when necessary

Edit articles submitted to Ohio Valley History, a locally-themed academic journal published byThe Filson Society-Ensure articles submitted for publication are formatted correctly for the writing of history-Provide hands-on, practical assistance to The Filson Society and Ohio Valley History athistorical conferences and Society events

-Maintain residence hall security-Provide educational programming for residents of hall at large and assigned floor-Provide personal counseling and educational assistance to students upon request-Maintain team cooperation with fellow resident assistants-Act as liaison between residence hall and University emergency services in crisis situations
