About Mike Kessler

I am a passionate Information Technology leader with over 20 years in IT leadership across diverse industries and sizes ranging from startups to a Fortune 1 company. During the past 15 years in healthcare, I have led more than 40 EMR/EHR migration initiatives all delivered on-time and within budget. Endodontic Practice Partners is the second startup I have worked for and the third time that I have built an IT team from the ground up. I work for organizations that have a mission to improve lives, and I use my engineering background, technical skill set, and cross-functional visibility to align IT strategy with business goals and customer needs. I have led digital transformation initiatives, implemented security and continuity strategies, and mentored employees to enhance their personal, technical, and business acumen skills.
