In that role, I have actively participated in drafting and review of the CRC response to the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and I directly participate in regular meetings with the CFPB Rulemaking body in considering issues associated with ANPR and assisting CFPB in fashioning regulations.
