From 2010 to 2015 doubled annual fundraising efforts (Special Gifts, Major Gifts, Grants, Corporate, Special Events) in Central Florida. Managed the recruitment campaign, selection, and evaluation of 300 active temporary employees in clerical, light and heavy industrial, technical, sales and marketing jobs. Performed weekly payroll and daily upkeep of personnel records. Increased weekly employment hours by 63%.

Served as change agent using organization development interventions; created a new long-range strategic development plan; performed job analysis and created training programs for staff and volunteers. Managed all facets of the Community Organization process and fundraising campaigns throughout Iowa. Responsible for training and recruitment of 45,000 volunteers.
