Promoted from Director to Sr. Director in Nov 2015. Joined Glassdoor to lead international expansion and quickly took on PM leadership of Glassdoor's core content (UGC) and growth efforts. Helped solidify and grow core content verticals, launched new verticals and career tools, and greatly improved the user acquisition and content flywheel. Produced significant growth in monthly active users, user registration and content contributions, leading to eventual acquisition of Glassdoor by Recruit Holdings.
