I have not been disappointed.My background at Pega is unique as I have spanned both Engineering and Professional Services, my last role was to build a global 60 person team to manage the technical challenges for all Pega's clients. I have led various teams beforehand including Technical Client Support, Robotics, nearshore consulting, technical consultants. I also led the International Situation Management team, fixing serious issues of various technical nature along the way.My aim is to be part of building Ai4Process into a £30m+ revenue organisation whilst retaining an ethical, empathetic outlook to our clients and staff.
