About Michael Smith

Chief Technology Officer for Ai4Process headquartered out of the UK with offices in Switzerland, The Netherlands. A boutique consultancy company which has three key pillars to their business.Ai4Academy - a holistic education and enablement function that builds the future workforce in digital transformation tools such as Pega Infinity, SS&C Chorus and Camunda. We use our Academy model to provide Contract to Hire (C2H) engagements with our clients to create local teams and grow the ecosystems.Ai4Process - a set of local resources based out of the four main countries listed above. We have depth in Pega System, Business, Robotic and Decision Architects. We also have a team trained in the latest Chorus plaftormProducts - a suite of products and accelerators that provide Ai4Process a competitive advantage with new Pega clients and support our ability to engage with clients.After a 20 year career in Pega, I decided it was time to use the many skills I had learnt at Pega in a start-up environment which focusses on excellence in delivery in Pega solutions. I have not been disappointed.My background at Pega is unique as I have spanned both Engineering and Professional Services, my last role was to build a global 60 person team to manage the technical challenges for all Pega's clients. I have led various teams beforehand including Technical Client Support, Robotics, nearshore consulting, technical consultants. I also led the International Situation Management team, fixing serious issues of various technical nature along the way.My aim is to be part of building Ai4Process into a £30m+ revenue organisation whilst retaining an ethical, empathetic outlook to our clients and staff.
