→ Directed a wide range of services in support of extensive Olympic Dam operations, handling the demands of a major smelter campaign maintenance project and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams on a day-to-day basis.→ Managed a large team throughout diverse operations including materials and supply chain management, crane and rigging operations, warehousing and distribution, maintaining high productivity standards at all times. → Supervised all non-maintenance activities and SCM17 project support functions, consisting of a complex smelter refurbishment and electrostatic precipitator replacement, identifying key demands prior to creating and implementing practical and effective plans.→ Coordinated project logistics requirements including installing and maintaining offices and cribs across the work site, organising confined space and fire watch sentries and managing bus services and general travel logistics.→ Led the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, plant, materials, equipment and infrastructure, engaging in comprehensive planning processes and accounting for important practical and safety considerations. → Developed and implemented significant revisions to material management processes to correct systemic deficiencies, enhancing material availability and streamlining function to produce complete project recovery.→ Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to review and respond to critical issues relating to quality and specifications, building creative solutions for immediate application and aiming to prevent re-occurrence. → Maintained high safety standards across assigned functions, scoping and analysing safety requirements prior to implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and ensuring zero recordable injuries throughout shutdown.
