Occupational Health Nurse Case Manager
Current• Assess and monitor applicants and employees’ fitness using applicable regulations of the Canadian Railway Medical Rules.• Perform medical evaluations surveillance, precision testing such as audiometric and lantern, and disability retirement.• Monitor substance use and act as an expert in CN’s Drug and Alcohol (D&A) Policy as well as a resource to Managers, employees, and vendors.• Oversee disability cases efficiently to coordinate and prepare action and return to work together with accommodation plans for employees.• Super user for support to end users using Cority OHS software. This includes the creation and optimization of medical dashboards and reporting for daily workflow. • Member of the medical user acceptance team for testing system enhancements and integration with other software platforms.
