I worked at two different locations. The first location i worked at was the university location. When i first became employed the store was not ran by very good management. the employees did what they wanted to do. and the customer service was not very good. the Store was ranked 33rd in the area. I made a simple promise to improve the customer appreciation, simply by greeting the customer when they would depart with Have a Blessed Day and Promptly ask the customer if they would partake in the survey to let corporate know where i did a good Job or where my services needed to be improved. through this simple act i was able to turn the stores customer appreciation level completely around. I did have to pat with this company because i made a promise to bring business up and there were promises made on the management end that if I were able to Bring up business i would be promoted to management. I followed through with my promise and i was lied to by management. So i had to resign

I was hired on as over night clerk. and i was able to move up to management by proving my skills to lead others and to be the person that would cover any shift, and provided impeccable customer service to the customers that would come to the store late night. I was responsible to order merchandise, receive the truck when it would come in, i had to inventory tobacco daily, Terminal of Sales was POS System. I was responsible to end Business day and open next business day, i kept the store running smoothly. I had a very bad motorcycle accident that caused me to have to leave and i was out of work for some time afterwards.
