• Manage the day-to-day functioning and activities performed by the AP and AR Deductions teams • Prepare month-end closing report, in close partnership with the VP Accounting, plant controlling and business controlling teams : ensuring reconciliation of general ledger accounts and completion of supporting schedule and documentation• Manage and enhance accounting policies and procedures to scale with the growing organizationRecruit, train, and mentor team members while identifying and designing training and development plans for the team • Prepare monthly overheads report and distribute to NYC HQ department heads• Drive the continuous improvement of the cash forecasting process and working capital optimization, in close partnership with Financial Controller• Collaborate with and support the customer service team to ensure a seamless O2C process • Liaise with IT to identify and resolve day to day system challenges/issues, ensure security and accuracy of financial data• Manage relationships with external auditors, handle their requests and requirements, in order to ensure full compliance

• Oversee the general accounting functions, which include intracompany accounting transactions, cash management, reconciliation, financial reporting, and journal entry adjustments• Maintain and update loan schedule and reconcile the loan balance and interest expenses• Work closely with management in creating cash flow projection and budget• Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the accounting department, including A/P, A/R, general ledger, and monthly closing process• Perform month-end accounting duties such as reconciliation of bank and loan accounts and posting accrual and deferral journal entries

• Collaborate with the director, with the month-end close and preparation of consolidated financial statements• Assist with finance director of construction loan negotiation and manage bank loans including coordination with lenders, draw requests, interest accrual calculations and compliance • Maintain accounting schedules, perform reconciliations between source documents and accounting system• Liaison with independent auditors for the timely completion of annual audited financial statements • Coordinate the preparation of annual tax return with outside CPA firm• Track and maintain the master log of the development budget control sheet and change order of the project (G702, G703, Requisition)• Work closely with construction team and project team to monitor financial aspects of major projects including development budget, financial forecasting and profitability• Analyze financial results (ex. budget vs. actual, month-to-month variances) and prepare numerous report requested by parent company (ex. G&A expense, Cash Flow) • Lead and monitor multiple areas of accounting including; A/R, A/P, GL, and Fixed Asset Accounting
