Ensured that marketing, brand, and product assets and campaigns were delivered at the highest possible level. Xythos Software is a software developer providing solutions for web based file access and management to Global 2000 customers.

As the Market Development Manager, worked with a small person team on a project for a yet untapped industry segment. Was tasked to develop a new inkjet printer to print on various textiles. Served as a consultant to strategize and partner with the business units and functional groups on annual marketing and communications plans and supporting tactical print and digital execution, as well as on various initiatives and projects. Prioritized projects and worked as the primary point of contact for all incoming creative requests.

As the Product Manager, responsibilities included overall strategic marketing and development of products in the graphics arena, a market segment new to Encad. Oversaw a sales support and marketing staff of ~3-5 people. Wrote the White Paper on the first ever wide format inkjet printer for the graphics market. Developed and administered partner programs in various countries, including proactively identifying program elements that enabled partners to build awareness, generate qualified leads, drove partner satisfaction and loyalty, and maximized program impact. Encad was a global leader in designing and manufacturing large format printers for the Graphic Arts, GIS and CAD/CAM market.
