About Michael Spero

Michael Spero concentrates his practice in civil litigation and complex litigation matters. He is authorized by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be designated as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has handled cases in every county of New Jersey and also tried cases in all three Federal District Courts in New Jersey involving a wide variety of matters including corporate, commercial, construction, employment, personal injury and professional negligence. In addition to his litigation and trial practice, Mr. Spero has been a Certified Arbitrator since 1985 and a Certified Mediator since 1994 for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and a designated Mediator for the New Jersey Statewide Mediation Program since August 1995. He has been recognized by his peers and named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers® list for nine consecutive years, 2006-2014. Mr. Spero began his legal career with a judicial clerkship with the Honorable William J. Arnold, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, during the 1975-1976 court term.
