I am a 20-year veteran of credit and collections and call center management who oversees recovery, vendor management, credit, and bankruptcy operations for Verizon Services. I have a bachelor degree in mathematics from Purdue University and a graduate degree in finance from St. Louis University. My managerial experience at Verizon Services requires a level of professional persuasiveness and diplomacy and argumentative justification. Verizon Services is the assimilation of shared services across Verizon Telecom, Verizon Business, and Verizon Wireless through economies of scale.
