Work with a team of architects and designers, guiding large-scale client projects from concept through build. Coordinate among client; team; and structural, MEP, S, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants, including documentation. Manage relationships and communication with client and teams, including timelines, troubleshooting, and problem-solving complex technical / design / drawing / specifications / construction issues. Conduct on-site visits and document site reviews; manage change requests and compliance with specifications, including quickly grasping overseas building codes.Current Projects – 14 months in Kuwait as on-site architect for this Boston based architect firm, serving as project architect coordinating amongst all parties for:* Al Jahra Hospital – 4.5M sq.ft., 1190 beds, maternity ward, NICU unit, surgery suites with hybrid OR, emergency and trauma units, dedicated morgue, nuclear medicine department, ICU, labs, isolation suites, hydro-therapy, VVIP suites, central utility plant, parking facility and helipad, plus large-scale Community Dental Clinic with 106 operatories and imaging facility, and Community Government Medical Services Facility.* Al Sabah Hospital – 2.4M sq.ft., 610 beds, multiple surgery suites with hybrid OR, emergency and trauma units, dedicated morgue, nuclear medicine department, ICU, isolation suites, hydro-therapy, labs, VVIP suites, central utility plant, parking facility and helipad.
