Overseeing a large global team of over 230 including 6 direct reports, I established and oversaw the global integration developments managing a multi-million dollar budget. As the Group Manager in the Integration Center of Excellence our focus was to implement consistent enterprise-wide development processes for data integrations (including real time, batch, and file-based data).Driving automation and consistency, we achieved over 50% reduction in development time and reduced the need for specialized troubleshooting teams. Additionally, I reduced costs by 30% through refocusing development opportunities, driving a reusable API strategy and creating successful communication strategies amongst teams. Focused on team building, development, and success, I launched a DevOps (development and operations) culture change to establish a closer integration and alliance amongst the two areas and successfully increased speed to deliver by 50% and reduced troubleshooting times by over 50%.

As the Group Manager of the Healthcare Information Technology team, I had the pleasure of defining and launching a strategy for integrating the Target Pharmacy supply chain with the legacy systems and witnessed the completion of this multi-year, multi-million dollar budget. Implementing system and process consistency throughout all 1500+ pharmacies provided corporate visibility, unification, and opportunities to track and direct inventory amongst pharmacies. This extra visibility resulted in increased savings (in the millions), security, and efficiencies. I also spearheaded a smaller Target Clinic project implementing a packaged clinics management software responsible for end-to-end administration utilized by 37 clinics nationwide. Implementation of the packaged software along with customized enhancements, enterprise system and data integration, and a business intelligence data warehouse were all implemented successfully. In this role I oversaw a large global team over 120 I.T. specialists including 6 direct reports.

In my first role at Target I managed the PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits and Workbrain architecture and production. Defining the new production support model, I researched and selected the PeopleSoft Infrastructure hardware, overseeing teams to configure and install. Our architecture spanned across several platforms including Z/OS, Solaris, AIX, Linux and Windows. Additionally, I developed, defined and implemented a specialized support team to decrease troubleshooting times and outages.
