I am the Inventor associated with work I began in 1988 and from 1993 onwards: New Zealand's #1 Patent attorney Ken Moon of A.J. Park, wrote PCT/USA Claims of the 5,771,238 Patent 1998. He was co-Chair of the world-wide International Bar Association "IP and E-Commerce Committee".1994: I met senior Nokia executives at Olympic Hotel Seattle USA, showed PCT Patent applications, demonstrated advanced SMS messaging system invented & built with encrypted binary data, remote command and control using custom plugin SMS pagers on PSION PDAs & PCs.1995: Built devices, drivers & programs: including "push email" for Outlook 95 sold on CompuServe Online Software Market using bespoke devices, as well as Motorola and Wireless Access SMS pagers reading on the patented claims.2006 sued Nokia (case 514) as an individual represented by three Texas law firms. Sought "treble damages" for wilful, wanton and reckless abuse of the 238 patent (damages to NZ est at 6.5billion USD). 2007 May; I then personally assigned the 5,771238 Patent to this Company; commenced the 203 case.2007 July-August; discover my NZ law firm of 16 years working for Nokia representatives to assist attack their earlier work. September 2007 Nokia's Global Legal Counsel, on business, falls to his death in Switzerland.2009 August; Judge Leonard Davis at a Summary Judgement held before the Markman definitions are determined, finds use of word "only" disabled Claim 3. Judge restricts bracketed subchannel range to (0-255) and I was never examined by the Judge. 2010 December; The United States Court of Appeal CAFC refused to reverse the Order. In 2012 the Company applied to the Telecommunications Commissioner who approved AWACS Communications onto the New Zealand Eligible Person Register (One of twenty-five).The Company joined the Telecommunications Carriers Form as a Tier 4 member and is a member of the TCF Working Groups in preparation to seek a new Bit-Stream Definition for Multicast.In collaboration with Catalyst IT I am creating a “Retail Service Provider” (RSP FTTH/FTTP) “Infrastructure as a Service” (IaaS) providing a “native Internet multicast” E-VLAN service to augment existing Internet (pseudo-wire) and IPTV services adding “AnySource and SourceSpecific” native Multicast to be used by “live” data and social service applications/devices. ie : As multicast IP data transits the network, never greater than a single 'clone' packet is on any network segment where the downstream client demand is N >=1. Back-haul efficiency and “low latency” of Multipoint-to-Multipoint (M2M) multicast enables services such as NTP (time) to select multicast servers in preference to unicast. This efficiency enables uncapped flat-rate charging and margin control.The Business is an international IaaS. RSPs offer clients added value M2M MEF compatible flat-rate service for “Live” data services such as real-time events: sports, entertainment, education, gaming, emergency management, business collaboration and marketing, open government, newspaper, movie, operating system upgrades, simulator file distribution, distance learning, satellite & environmental telemetry, stock market trading data, cluster computing, co-operative networking and manufacturing, entertainment, music and drama etc. using existing proprietary and Open Source Software OSS applications.

Advance has been the primary entity for creating services, applications and have business relations. I hold >75% of the common stock with the balance held by Michael Bailey, the Todd Corporation and others. Priority provided the New Zealand and Australian market with a Wang computer based "real-time" dealing room system for money markets and other financial services. It had a real-time backend settlements system which was different to others which could not reconcile till the end of the trading day.

Zürich Area, Switzerland

I was employed by 3M in Zurich, through the AIESEC management traineeship programme. I had on-demand direct Internet access to the United States servers from my desk which had 4 types of PCs using the software which we wrote, as well as the best commercial applications available to support MIS decision making. US based DEC mini computers were used for database applications.I scoped and programmed several applications while in Zurich which were remotely hosted in St Paul USA while being accessed via a dialin PC VT terminal application we had programmed; another was a market analysis system for industrial abrasives; also a database of all 3M's magnetic computer media, xreferenced against all competing brands; a sales management and marketing analysis tool for 3M's French medical company; and a near real time, european market, analysis system for Scotch video tape sales. I wished that I could have stayed longer in Switzerland, and i've enjoyed every return visit. It was one of the best summers in europe - memories... the lakes, friends,wine, Montreaux Festival... Based at the office of AIESEC Int'l Secretariat, in Brussels, wrote plans for the organisation to enable the MATCH program and the Office support systems to go "online real-time" using IBM PC's and HP3000 computers and Computer Science's Corp., worldwide data network linking to universities around the globe. Proposed establishment of the Aiesec International Alumni to sponsor the organisation's computer system and use it for international alumni database lookups and networking. With support from Mr Roy Dickerson of CitiBank's Zurich and Brussel's european international banking division, obtained for AIESEC International a fully equiped IBM colour PC with hard drives and data communications enabled for online international banking and funds transfer.Responsible for managing AIESEC's computer "MATCH" process for two years as S-Controller (System). 1983 Sankt Englmar, Germany, and 1984 Palais de Papes, Avignon, France. (Used remote IBM mainframe computers with process runs from midnight to dawn)Proposed and promoted changing to online realtime connection of university computers to switch job and canditate computer records to allow immediate processing and assessment.
