Responsible for all Information System infrastructure, policy, development, and implementation within ProStar Company’s portfolio. Was principle on Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment. Worked with outsourced team for primary CRM deployment. Integrated secondary CRM vendors software to increase default functionality of the CRM software.Engineered development and implementation of a centralized Data Warehouse, utilizing ETL and Data Mart logic. Built Data Warehouse on Microsoft SQL Server 2012. Implemented ETL packages based on SSIS standards. Developed KPI’s for the company and architect of the Data Mart to speed reporting for the major aspects of the corporation; Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources.Deployed SSRS reports using the structure created in the Data Marts developed for the Data Warehouse. These reports modeled the structure found in the Data Mart to include detailed BI reports for Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources. Developed a portal for the Human Resources department to aid in seasonal hiring. Developed the HR portal utilizing MS .NET MVC, Sencha, and MS SQL Server 2012.Initiated ITIL framework for all aspects of the IT infrastructure. Developed a custom application for the purpose of ITIL control. Implemented standards for all aspects of technology within the organization.Responsible for Call Center tracking and deployment of custom dashboard for employee incentives and bonus pay. Responsible for CRM tracking and sales reporting. Performed oversight of the IT infrastructure of the call center.Rebuilt the primary network architecture, to include renegotiating a MPLS network and cloud firewall solution. Reduced operating expenses for the network by 40+ percent. Implemented Spiceworks as our agent-less network discovery tool. Implemented an enterprise anti-virus solution that reduced manual oversight of the internal network security.
