Worked closely with key consultants through various stages of approval (OPA, ZBA, SPA) such as planners, cost consultants, environmental engineers and market research firms.o Negotiated with developers on credit terms and use of funds to optimize cash flow and effectively progress the project to reach the next milestone. - Seek new debt-financing opportunities (mainly land) for real estate developments within the GTA and the Golden Horseshoe- Work with Borrowers, Developers and 3rd party consultants to achieve the financing goals of the project at various stages of the development process

Comprehensively collected and reviewed incoming due diligence required for different transactions, such as planning, cost consultant and environmental reports.- Provide logical and realistic opinions to the Managing Partner from the feedback received from various 3rd party professionals. Coordinated closing documents with solicitors once due diligence was satisfactory. Introduced a new portfolio management system and assisted with the technical conversion of data to the new internal system.

o Oversee and manage loans from initial funding until repayment, including construction loans with monthly progress draws requiring comprehensive involvement with cost consultant reports, letters of credit, and partial discharges depending on the structure of the loan.o Establish and professionally manage relationships to finalize funding conditions of the commitment.o Successfully funded over $100MM and responsible for the management of a portfolio of $220MM+ o Administrative responsibilities such as review of sufficient insurance, corporate financials and more.
