Owner of floor covering dealership. I have been involved in countless projects over the years both large and small. My focus is on keeping existing customers satisfied, while at the same time networking to expand the client base. Experienced background in customer relations and working with design firms and end users to supply and install a variety of floor covering materials. Products in this mix include carpet, vinyl, rubber floor, laminate and wood. Majority of work is commercial in the Long Island, NYC area. Past and present clients have included numerous retail operations, corporate offices, educational buildings and health care facilities. From this, since January of 2012, has emerged MC Staneck Sales and Consulting. This is a combination of my professional and vocational life with the goal to help people focus on their overall health and wellness. This includes helping clients specify the proper materials and equipment for their corporate space, health facility and gym as well as speaking on the benefits of faith as it relates to wellness. Vicar at Trinity Lutheran Church (LCMS), Atlantic District. Duties (in addition to my studies) included but were certainly not limited to, preaching, leading worship, visitations, developing Bible Studies for our Family Ministry and Men's Bible Study. Served as well as the chairperson for the Worship and Music Committee and was heavily involved in developing a Lutheran liturgical service with "contemporary" music.

As a Commissioned Deacon at Trinity Lutheran Church (LCMS), Atlantic District, my duties included but certainly were not limited to: Supporting the Pastor in any and all ways; Developed Bible Studies for our Family Ministry and Men's Ministry; Visited the sick; Fill in where needed to lead worship.

Worked as a sales executive in the NYC area. Clients included Architects, Design Firms, Corporate End Users, General Contractors and Real Estate Companies. Responsible for generating sales and working in a team atmosphere with fellow sales reps and sales assistants, selling floor covering materials specifically carpet and vinyl.
