Conducted a complete audit of each of the Drool Rules for the primary customer.• Worked with the Halo team in a product management role by leading their side projects (creating internal tooling). Also led the escalation process, completed PHI offload cases, rebatcher cases and completion of the biweekly build(s).

I was directly responsible for developing my team, jumping on escalated customer calls, managing/prioritizing ticket volume, and working with internal stakeholders on communication with the customers.Implemented a customer-facing Jira Services Management portal that streamlined communications between the customer and the support team which led to the backlog of tickets to diminish from 150+ to approximately 16 tickets.
