Working within the product team, I am involved in early-stage product stories, development, QA, UAT, delivery and deployment. I ensure that I have a good understanding of product stories, evaluate the impact on business operations and strategy, and coordinate the smooth product delivery to clients and business. Ensure that the product team has access to business team resources and make sure that the right managers are consulted for any given product story. I’ve also worked on larger projects where the deployment strategy requires a phased rollout approach.To achieve this I formed, led and managed cross-team resources to support a new product delivery process within NightsBridge.

Implemented a new Client Success department within the company under the guidance of the Managing Director and General Manager. The purpose of the team was to offer a 2nd-line (outbound) support function to reduce churn and proactively supporting new clients by identifying their needs and report feedback through a new onboarding process. I managed a team of 12 Client Success consultants who provided training, onboarding and retention.
