I am an adjunct instructor at a community college, teaching American History, World Civilizations, and Western Civilization. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of historiography, historical methods, and pivotal historical eras, such as the Gilded Age and the Civil War, which I integrate into my teaching to create engaging and informative lessons for my students.With over 20 years of experience in education management, I have honed my leadership, mentoring, and program development skills. As the former Dean of Academic Affairs at ITT Technical Institute, I led a team of directors, chairs, and staff to improve the quality and performance of academic programs and services, resulting in higher retention and success rates for students and faculty.
