My most recent position held at Verizon Wireless was Business Specialist. I started my career as a Solutions Specialist doing retail sales. While in that position I created a workshop program that was one of the most success company wide & helped to open a state-of-the-art brand new retail store. I then promoted to Solutions Manager where I helped lead two different store locations to great success when it came to sales and overall customer experience.
