MJRacing is a Welsh grassroots downhill mountain bike team. Current Partners: Oneal Europe, West Coast Cycles, MTB Uplifts UK and 7IDP. MJRacing was set up in 2013, with little or no local support from shops and brands in the area the team agreed deals with Raw Sports Clothing providing race wear and casual clothing and Cycle Store UK for mechanics. In 2015 the team was relaunched as a grassroots team providing support to local riders, this kind of support in the downhill discipline was not present in the early stages of my career and now i strive to aid others in mentoring and support in any way i can. I manage and run the team and have negotiated deals with O'Neal Europe, West Coast Cycles and MTB Uplifts UK. MJRacing's budget is very tight will includes logistics for getting to and from venues and organising team pits. Plans are currently being devised for the 2015 off season and the 2016 race season. The team in its first season has achieved regular top 10 results and three podiums at regional level.
