With over 10 years of experience in leading people and culture initiatives, I am the VP of People at PetFriendly, a company that connects pet owners with pet-friendly businesses and services. I oversee the operations, program design, and strategy of the people function, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. I also foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and innovation, aligned with our mission of making the world a more pet-friendly place. Previously, I was the Head of Shared Services at Mulhall's, a family-owned landscaping and garden center, where I managed the HR, payroll, finance, and IT functions, and supported the integration of the acquired Flywheel company. I have strong skills in people and culture, operations, and program design, and I am passionate about creating positive and impactful employee experiences.
