Responsible for product development schedule of this assisted living software designed to automate many day-to-day operations including lead management, resident administration, resident care, and incident reporting. Oversaw all marketing campaigns for all new product launches; Domain expert, responsible for overseeing product management of the software; Acted as CEO in his absence and worked closely with him on all areas of the business

Responsible for turnaround of poorly-performing, high-profile senior living community; set higher expectations and instituted individual team member accountability; Alleviated all state violations, resident complaints and a created positive image of the facility within the community; focus on marketing and achieving budgeted goals. Developed financial and resident care tracking systems resulting in improved accuracy and increased revenue

As the opening GM of the newly built hotel, I was responsible for every aspect of the hotel from inception to daily operation . Initially the position demanded an undivided focus on planning, budgeting, ordering, delivery and execution of every piece of decor and product required for the hotel's opening deadline. In addition it mandated hiring and training the entire staff. After opening, the position remained demanding as the average occupancy during my oversight was 92%. Maximizing revenue, exceeding guest expectations and assuring employee job satisfaction were my primary goals. In 2002 the hotel was awarded the Hilton Guest Loyalty Award.
