I'm currently managing a team to handle Bayer Material Science's AD needs in the area of Polyurethane Foam Insulation Systems and Polyurethane Foam Rigid Systems for the NAFTA region.

Starting in 2007 I took on a position that involved managing a team of 12 - 16 employees to handle Bayer Material Science's commercial, automotive and non-automotive, polyurethane RIM and Composites systems business for the NAFTA region.

Starting in 1996 I held various positions of increasing responsibility within Bayer. Starting in raw material research in our plant in New Martinsville, WV, moving into Polyurethanes research at our Pittsburgh site and then finally moving into AD in polyurethanes, also on our Pittsburgh site

- Studied reactions to make co-polymers of polycarbonate and polyester using supercritical CO2 as a reactant and a solvent for the reaction- Studied other fluorochemistry in supercritical CO2- Investigated separations of mixed, post-consumer plastic waste for recovery and recycling using supercritical fluids- Studied the phase behavior relationship of mixtures of CO2 and SF6
