At Bank of America my role as Lead Frontend Developer for my team I have been tasked with bringing the application away from the unique and custom implementation to a more sustainable and industry-standard implementation. At this time I have replaced two of the three major pillars of the app while increasing documentation and clarity of the application.In my role as Web Application Developer at Musco Sports Lighting, I was tasked with managing and mentoring a team we web and mobile developers, developing in-house and client-facing web / mobile applications, exploring and experimenting with new technologies to give Musco the edge against competitors. Some of the features I was tasked with implementing include MQTT IoT protocols and AWS cloud services.I started my professional career at Spherexx.com, a leading marketing and tech firm specializing in apartment websites. I was able to get acquainted with full-stack technologies building applications with basic HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL. Without any aid of plugins or frameworks, I was able to sharpen the base skills required to become a proficient full-stack developer. Within my two years at Spherexx I quickly showed my talent and was given larger projects to develop as an individual contributor and be the arbiter of knowledge for the project.In addition to seven years of work experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. My excellent work ethic has provided me with many opportunities to accomplish goals that have earned me recognition at work. Such as leadership roles at both Bank of America and Musco Sports Lighting. I also look to expand my skillset in my free time, My most recent project includes a Next,js frontend to take advantage of Server Side Rendering and a GoLang backend on an AWS Lambda.
