Current• Understanding paint, insulation and PFP specifications, recording, documenting, testing and gauging one or more characteristics of a product or service to determine conformity. • Carrying out inspection duties such as: recording environmental conditions, salt testing, visual inspections of blasted surfaces, surface profile readings, recording batch numbers and DFT checks.• Raising and closing out non conformance reports.• Attending weekly client meetings, presenting weekly reports and discussing action plans as required.• Photographing every step of the task being carried out, holiday testing, adhesion testing and recording all information onto daily Inspection report.• Recommending any process or procedural improvements to increase quality, safety and productivity.Notable Projects and Achievements:• Sole inspector on the Andrew Area Development project on the “BP Andrew Platform”. The project lasted in excess of 12 months and was delivered on time and within budget.• Sole inspector for the FMO Campaign: 500 lines to be blasted and painted.
