Troubleshoot and maintain web hosting servers as a SME for the Airline Business Unit comprising of Navitaire SkySales, dotREZ web, dotREZ API and GoNow Kiosk applications for various airlines worldwide. Install and configure custom reservation system software built on the Microsoft IIS platform. Resolve customer outages and requests for configuration changes.
